Role Overview
The Offline Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth through offline marketing initiatives. This role will focus on in-store activations, community engagement, partnerships, ATL & BTL marketing, and database communication while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities In-store Marketing Activations
- Plan and execute monthly in-store activations across all branches (Deira, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Oman).
- Develop creative concepts to engage customers and enhance brand presence.
External Local Partnerships & Tie-ups
- Identify and establish new local partnerships to strengthen brand visibility.
- Collaborate with partners to co-host promotions and joint activities.
Community Events & Activations
- Organize and execute community events and local activations for each store.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, associations, and influencers.
Database Management & Communication
- Manage and grow the customer database.
- Execute daily customer communication via email and WhatsApp.
- Plan and implement regular email marketing campaigns to promote store activities and offers.
ATL & BTL Marketing Initiatives
- Manage all Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing requirements, including print, outdoor, and in-store visibility.
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in offline/field marketing, preferably in retail, travel, or service industries.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/Email Marketing tools.
- Flexibility to travel across multiple store locations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
