m2r Education is proud to be supporting a client in India who have requested teachers of Maths to deliver online classes to children aged up to 12 in India. Given the local demographics, many of these children may never have the opportunity to travel abroad, including to the UK. Through this initiative, we're helping broaden their global perspective and build essential communication skills—all from their classroom.
Role
- Provide Maths lessons to groups of young children in India.
- All material provided.
- Online platform provided.
- No homework or lesson planning needed, just turn up and teach!
- Lessons will take place from 5am - 5pm UK time, Monday to Saturday. You can choose to work all or some of these, however once your schedule is fixed, it cannot be amended without prior approval.
- During this role, you will teach small groups and 1 to 1 sessions.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching Maths
- Young learner teaching experience
- Teaching qualification (ideally TEFL or equivalent)
- Robust internet connection
- Friendly, outgoing personality
Rate
- Up to £10ph. (Please bare in mind this is a local village school in India and cost of living is incredibly low).
