Job Title: Operations Intern
Location: Port Saeed, Deira.
Duration: 3–6 Months
Department: Operations
Stipend: AED 1,000 to AED 1,200 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Visa Requirement: Candidates with Own Visa or Student Visa are preferable
About the Role:
We are looking for a smart and proactive Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to day-to-day operations and backend business processes. Ideal for individuals seeking real-time experience in an active business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in managing daily operational tasks
- Assist in documentation, database management, and Excel reporting
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
- Help in preparing SOPs and improving current operational systems
- Perform administrative duties as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior knowledge of CRM or ERP tools is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
- Own visa or student visa holders preferred
- Recent graduates or students pursuing BBA/MBA or related degrees
- Available for a full-time internship for 3–6 months
