We are looking for a Operations Manager at a manpower supply company in Dubai is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to clients, and managing the workforce effectively. This includes managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing resource allocation, and driving operational efficiency. The role also involves managing budgets, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Acting as a point of contact for key accounts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and conducting regular reviews.
- Addressing client escalations and ensuring smooth contract operations.
- Conducting regular client meetings and feedback sessions.
- Workforce Management:
- Overseeing the deployment and performance tracking of outsourced staff.
- Managing staffing levels and ensuring adequate manpower for operations.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
- Managing employee grievances and resolving on-site challenges.
- Organizing calls and meetings for team members.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Identifying and addressing operational challenges and implementing solutions.
- Improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of timesheets and reports.
- Monitoring project budgets and collaborating with finance on billing.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensuring all operations comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Providing training to staff on safety practices and regulations.
- Coordinating with HR and PRO teams for visa processing and legal formalities.
- General Management:
- Assisting in vendor sourcing for various business needs.
- Overseeing import/export documentation and logistics.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance.
- Supporting HR in recruitment activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the manpower supply or facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is often preferred.
