About the Role:
KAS Interior Fitout L.L.C is hiring dynamic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Executives for its Interior Fitout division. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or entry-level professionals who are looking to start a career in sales within the interior fit-out and technical services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Promote and sell the company’s interior fit-out and technical services to residential and commercial clients
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present proposals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project delivery
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality
- Self-driven and goal-oriented approach
- Willingness to work in the field and travel across Dubai and nearby regions
- Basic understanding of sales process (training will be provided)
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
