Ontime Group is seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our Ontime Healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share by promoting our leading healthcare solutions to various clients within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor offerings and industry trends.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive sales and marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.
- Represent Ontime Healthcare at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products and services.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and capacity for multitasking.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Familiarity with using CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license with a willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
