Adroit Immigration Services is a leading consultancy company specializing in Study Visa / Work Visa / Visit Visa & PR. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PA + tele sales to support our Sales executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain confidential records and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate office operations and assist with administrative tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Experience in immigration is a plus.
