We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising painting crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing day-to-day site activities related to painting work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of painters on-site
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure surface preparation and painting are completed to company standards
- Order and manage materials and equipment
- Conduct safety checks and enforce company safety protocols
- Communicate with project managers regarding job progress and deadlines
- Train and guide junior painters as needed
