Brief Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry and Desserts Maker to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will not only specialize in creating high-quality cakes and desserts but also take the lead in developing the dessert and breakfast menu and managing overall kitchen operations and staff. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with creativity, organization, and kitchen management experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cake maker and decorator
- Strong knowledge in dessert creation and breakfast menu planning
- Previous experience managing a kitchen or team is highly preferred
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, and organized
- Immediate availability
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and decorate a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts to high standards
- Develop and implement a creative dessert and breakfast menu
- Manage kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and storage of kitchen supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on preparation, presentation, and consistency
- Coordinate with management to adjust recipes and menu items based on customer feedback
- Ensure that food quality and presentation meet brand and customer expectations
- Maintain time efficiency and quality control in all kitchen activities
