We are looking for a talented Pastry, Bakery & Savory Pastries Chef with strong skills in viennoiserie, classic pastries, and savory pastries. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of bakery, pastry, and savory pastry items (e.g. croissants, danishes, brioche, tarts, mini savory sandwiches).
- Develop new recipes and improve existing products for both sweet and savory items.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all products.
- Manage kitchen workflow and daily production schedules efficiently.
- Monitor inventory and request ingredients as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
- Train and guide junior staff or assistants when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Creativity in developing both pastry desserts and savory pastry items.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
