Pastry Chef (5 Years Experience)
Position Summary:
The Pastry Chef is responsible for creating high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. This role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and leadership in managing pastry operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Develop and test new pastry recipes in line with seasonal menus.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage pastry inventory, cost control, and minimize waste.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or certification in Baking/Pastry Arts.
- Minimum 5 years of professional pastry kitchen experience.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.
- Creativity and innovation in dessert design.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
