Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create custom cakes for events, weddings, and celebrations
- Prepare a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods from scratch
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
- Work closely with customers to bring their cake ideas to reality
- Innovate new recipes and seasonal dessert menus
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or cake decorator (portfolio required)
- Excellent artistic skills with fondant, sugar flowers, and sculpted cakes
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert presentation
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for sweets
