About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, an eye for detail, and the ability to create beautifully decorated cakes and desserts that delight our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Design and decorate cakes according to customer requests and themes.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Manage ingredient inventory and ensure freshness.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines for orders and events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef, baker, or cake decorator.
- Strong skills in fondant, sponge baking, piping, and sugar work.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Knowledge of pastry techniques
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
