Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for 300+ employees.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, pension regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and post final settlements in accounts.
- Handle WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll submissions.
- Reconcile salary accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
- Assist with internal/external audits related to payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Payroll Accountant (UAE experience preferred).
- Must have experience handling payroll for 300+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of UAE payroll, labor laws, gratuity, and end-of-service calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/accounting software.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
