Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven performance marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive sales, with a primary focus on paid channels.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other ad networks.
- Take full ownership of Meta campaigns, including advanced audience targeting, A/B testing of creatives and copy, pixel management, CAPI implementation, and optimizing for conversion events.
- Design and manage the entire performance marketing funnel, from initial ad click to final conversion, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Implement and manage sophisticated lead nurturing funnels using email marketing automation and the WhatsApp Business API to engage and convert leads effectively.
- Champion Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) by continuously testing and improving landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign workflows.
- Utilize WordPress to build, manage, and optimize high-converting landing pages for all marketing campaigns.
- Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to enhance organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and lower blended customer acquisition costs.
- Rigorously analyze campaign performance data, providing detailed reports on key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and scale successful campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure marketing campaigns are fully aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing, including new ad formats, platforms, and analytical tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful lead generation campaigns.
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in managing complex, large-scale campaigns on Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
- Mandatory experience with the WhatsApp Business API for marketing automation and customer communication.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics 4, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of WordPress, with hands-on experience building and optimizing landing pages for lead capture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in the Dubai Real Estate sector is highly preferred.
