Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our Personal Loan team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell personal loan products to individual clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and outdoor sales activities
- Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Personal Loan sales (UAE or home country)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Must be currently based in Dubai
