We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and wellness, and be dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and encouragement. Responsibilities: - Conduct fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans for clients based on their goals and fitness levels. - Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively. - Motivate and inspire clients to maintain commitment and achieve results. - Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. - Educate clients on proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and injury prevention. - Maintain a clean and safe workout environment ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and functional. - Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to provide high-quality service.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer with relevant nationally or internationally recognized certification. - Proven experience working as a Personal Trainer in a fitness center or gym setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate clients. - Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and physiology. - Ability to design customized fitness programs based on individual client needs. - Professional, punctual, and passionate about fitness and wellness. - Multilingual skills are a plus, especially proficiency in English and Arabic. - Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
