Position – Pharmacist (Males Only)
Note – We are seeking candidates exclusively from a healthcare/pharmaceutical background.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing guidance on proper drug administration, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with medical professionals to support patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Medication Dispensing: Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications based on doctors' orders while ensuring proper labeling and dosage.
- Patient Consultation: Advise patients on the correct usage, dosage, and side effects of prescribed medications, as well as over-the-counter drugs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor, maintain, and order pharmaceutical inventory to ensure availability of essential medications and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pharmacy operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including documentation and storage of controlled substances.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect medications for expiration, damage, and proper storage conditions to uphold quality and safety standards.
- Medical Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes through appropriate drug therapy.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and inventory using pharmacy software systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D)
- Valid pharmacist license/registration from the relevant medical council or authority.
- Proven experience working in a hospital, clinical, or retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and inventory systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
