We are seeking a creative part-time videographer/video editor to produce engaging, caption-based short videos for our real estate brand. Content will focus on property features, virtual tours, and neighborhood highlights for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. The ideal candidate can create dynamic, attention-grabbing edits with captions and graphics to boost engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit high-quality short videos for social media (Reels, Instagram) featuring real estate listings and tours.
- Create engaging, caption-based videos with clear on-screen text highlighting property features.
- Edit videos to be fast-paced and visually appealing using music, animations, and graphics.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand alignment and meet marketing goals.
- Optimize video length and format for each social media platform.
- Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on trends in short-form and caption-based video content.
Qualifications:
- Proven videography and video editing experience (real estate experience a plus)
- Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)
- Strong skills in video composition, lighting, and audio
- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio of previous work, preferably real estate videos, required
