Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Photographer/Videographer Editor with their own professional tools to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality photos, videos, and edited content to showcase our real estate properties, brand, and services. The role requires creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail to enhance the company’s visual marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photography & Videography
- Capture professional photos and videos of real estate properties, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and quality.
- Conduct on-site and indoor shoots, showcasing properties in the best possible way.
- Utilize advanced photography and videography tools to deliver high-resolution content.
- Editing & Post-Production
- Edit photos and videos using professional software, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Add graphics, music, and effects to create engaging marketing content for social media, website, and client presentations.
- Optimize media files for various digital platforms.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand content requirements.
- Deliver high-quality content within set deadlines.
- Propose creative ideas to improve visual representation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Possession of professional photography/videography equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
Additional Information:
- This position requires the candidate to provide and maintain their own tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
