Role Objective: To deliver expert physiotherapy care with personalized treatment plans that promote healing, enhance mobility, and restore quality of life for patients dealing with musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and establish individualized rehabilitation goals
- Develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs
- Provide manual therapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, and other modalities
- Support post-surgical recovery for procedures like TKA, rotator cuff repair, and ACL reconstruction
- Document treatment progress and prepare insurance-compliant clinical notes
- Collaborate with orthopedic consultants to ensure seamless, multidisciplinary care
- Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
· DHA license or eligibility preferred
· Strong knowledge of orthopedic and post-op rehab protocols
· Excellent communication and patient-care skills
