- Reading Blueprints: Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Material Preparation: Select and prepare materials (metal sheets, pipes, structural beams) for fabrication.
- Welding and Fabrication: Utilize welding equipment and techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) to fabricate and assemble metal structures.
- Cutting and Shaping: Operate cutting equipment such as saws, drills, grinders to cut and shape metal components.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards through inspection and testing.
- Assembly and Installation: Assemble fabricated metal parts and structures on-site or in the workshop.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in the fabrication process.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
