Position: Planner / Project Scheduler (Primavera P6)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to update progress.
- Generate progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and earned value analysis.
- Ensure compliance with project planning standards and contractual obligations.
- Assist in resource allocation, productivity tracking, and forecast planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Planner / Project Scheduler in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field preferred.
