Overview
Job Description
- Identify and accurately analyze the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between units to implement strategic plans
- Collect and analyze strategic performance data to monitor the achievement of goals
- Prepare periodic reports and provide corrective recommendations to senior management
- Plan and organize workshops and training related to strategy and transformation
- Identify obstacles to the implementation of strategic plans and provide practical solutions to overcome them
- Monitor the allocation of resources to strategic plans and ensure optimal use
- Evaluate the impact of strategic plans and continuously improve them based on feedback and environmental condition
Job Requirements
- Mastery of the concepts and principles of strategic management
- Knowledge of planning and formulating organizational strategies
- Familiarity with the concepts and methods of project management and change management
- Ability to use data analysis tools and statistical software reporting -
Deep understanding of organizational processes and organizational transformation models
