Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Foreman to oversee and coordinate all site plumbing and MEP-related works for ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical services integration. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and timeline commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations related to plumbing and MEP installations.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Lead and manage teams of plumbers and MEP technicians on site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work is completed to standards and specifications.
- Monitor materials, tools, and equipment usage on site.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Report project progress, delays, and issues to the project manager or engineer.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping installation, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts.
- Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
