About the Role:
We are looking for a female Arabic-speaking Lead Qualification Executive to manage first-level client engagement for leads generated via our marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in assessing client interest and passing qualified leads to our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to and qualify inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email
* Communicate fluently in Arabic and English
* Understand client requirements and budget
* Tag and assign qualified leads to the correct agent
* Use CRM tools to update statuses and manage follow-ups
* Share feedback with the marketing team on lead quality
* Help in building call scripts and improving client interaction
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required
English communication must also be strong
1–2 years of experience in presales, tele calling, or customer service
Strong phone confidence and active listening skills
Real estate experience is an advantage
