Responsibilities:
The main duties include but are not limited to:
1. Responsible for fixing the technical issues in the government institutions in all Emirates, in case there will be issues/clarifications/modification for online transactions.
- 1.1. Municipality
- 1.2. Department of Economic Development
- 1.3. Tasheel
- 1.4. Chamber of Commerce
- 1.5. Tawjeeh Center
- 1.6. Immigration (Employee verification)
- 1.7. Civil Defense Authority
2. Tawjeeh transactions (Contract Submission for permit matter.
- 2.1. New Employees
- 2.2. Renewal
3. To coordinate with the Logistic Department for vehicle permit matter.
- 3.1. Vehicle registration – new and renewal
- 3.2. Vehicle food permit – new and renewal
4. To follow-up and coordinate with the concerned (Internal) department the required documents for necessary attestations.
5. Processing permits and other certificate through Government Offices in all Emirates.
- 5.1. Department of Economic Development
- 5.2. Chamber of Commerce Certificate
- 5.3. Civil Defense Authority
- 5.4. Municipality (Food Safety Certificate, Pest Control Attestation, Tenancy Contracts, and CCTV)
Requirements
- Qualified candidate should have at least 2 years relevant experience.
- Presently residing in Ras Al Khaimah or can relocate in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Have a good English communication skills.
- Can join immediately.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
