1.Data Architecture & Management: Analyze data used across our Sales, Distribution, and Finance departments.
2.Process Automation: Automate key processes currently run in Excel, such as the incentive planner, FSR/Bulletin, and MY/trim splitter files.
3.Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Build a robust "what-if" analysis tool to quickly model incentive and volume scenarios.
Develop automated reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into incentive spend, especially for fleet deals.
Create a historical database of sales allowances for in-depth trend and profitability analysis.
4.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments including Finance, Sales, and Operations to understand pain points and opportunities for process improvement.
5. Train Employees: Provide detailed training to the internal teams on how to modify, maintain, and troubleshoot the automated solutions once they are live.
6. Develop comprehensive documentation and support materials to ensure internal teams can sustain automation processes without relying on third-party vendors.
7. Support Queries: Offer ongoing support for queries related to the automation system, helping employees resolve issues or make necessary changes to the system.
8. Able to start immediately.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in Automation Tools: Advanced experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and tools like Knime, SharePoint, Databricks, and JSON for data integration and process automation
- Database Knowledge: Strong experience with databases, querying, and working with large datasets
