About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement Officer to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities for our ongoing and upcoming real estate development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with project goals.
- Source high-quality materials, equipment, and services for real estate/construction needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Engineering, Finance) to forecast material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, supplier evaluations, and reports.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage long-term supplier relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven procurement experience in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, supplier markets, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
