Job Preview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-driven Inventory Receiver to become a key part of our operations team. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate inventory, manage incoming stock, and support the smooth flow of our supply chain. Experience in FMCG and a solid understanding of accounting principles will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Accurately log received goods into the inventory system
- Label and store products according to company guidelines
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or damaged items
- Maintain thorough records of deliveries, invoices, and inspection reports
- Conduct periodic stock checks and support inventory audits
- Use inventory management software and Excel to monitor stock levels
- Ensure receiving and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma required; qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in receiving or inventory roles, preferably within FMCG
- Knowledge of accounting basics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory tracking systems
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and an excellent communicator
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
