We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Trainer to train and develop our store staff. The trainer will ensure employees are equipped with in-depth product knowledge, strong customer service skills, and confidence to promote and sell our beauty and skin care products.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs on skin care and cosmetic products for store teams.
- Train staff on product benefits, application techniques, and sales approaches.
- Conduct regular refresher sessions and workshops to ensure knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales team to identify training needs.
- Monitor staff performance post-training and provide coaching support.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Trainer or Beauty Trainer in the retail or beauty industry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skin care, and beauty products.
- Ability to motivate and engage staff at all levels.
- Flexible to travel across stores in the UAE.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
