We're Hiring: Production Manager – Joinery & Paint Works
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Production Manager with strong expertise in joinery and paint works, capable of managing factory operations, production planning, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing joinery production (wood, furniture, fit-out) and overseeing painting/finishing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities in joinery and paint departments
- Plan production schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with design and site teams to understand technical requirements
- Supervise the manufacturing of custom furniture, woodwork, and interior elements
- Monitor quality standards, finishing, and materials
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of production areas
- Maintain inventory levels and manage raw material procurement
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in joinery and paint production
- Strong knowledge of wood machinery, finishing materials, and paint types
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and BOQs
- Experience in managing factory teams and production timelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
