Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor with experience in textiles or garment manufacturing to oversee and manage daily production operations at our Ajman facility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in textile or garment production
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and production flow
- Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Age must be below 30 years
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining
- Ability to handle a multicultural team and production floor
