- Meat Preparation: Cutting, trimming, deboning, and grinding different types of meat, including beef, pork, poultry, and fish.
- Product Packaging: Weighing, wrapping, labeling, and pricing meat cuts for sale.
- Customer Service: Interacting with customers, providing advice on meat selection, and fulfilling special orders.
- Equipment Operation: Using tools like grinders, slicers, band saws, and scales.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment and tools.
- Stock Management: Monitoring inventory, handling deliveries, and minimizing waste.
- Adhering to Safety Standards: Following proper food handling and safety procedures.
