Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance projects and service requests.
- Assist Project/Operations Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
- Prepare job schedules, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance jobs.
- Track project expenses and assist in preparing quotations, cost estimates, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, service reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials/services.
- Support in preparing weekly and monthly project performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in maintenance projects.
