Position: Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and supporting the sales team to ensure seamless operations in our building materials trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee client orders, ensuring timely delivery of building materials.
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Act as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, projects, and deliveries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting client acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination (preferably in construction or building materials).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
