Project Manager – Next.js & Node.js

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a high-performance backend and frontend stack using Next.js and Node.js, with deep integration of AI prompt engineering and third-party APIs. You’ll coordinate technical teams, manage sprints, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient delivery across all phases of development.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee backend and frontend development pipelines (Node.js + Next.js).
* Manage cross-functional teams: developers, designers, AI engineers.
* Define sprints, tasks, priorities, and delivery goals using agile methods.
* Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timelines and quality standards.
* Supervise AI integration workflows, including LLM prompt logic and training data coordination.
* Manage API integrations, performance testing, and DevOps pipelines.
* Collaborate on scalable cloud deployment and CI/CD strategies.
Technical Focus
* Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred)
* Next.js (SSR, API routes, frontend architecture)
* Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Hosting)
* RESTful & GraphQL APIs
* LLM & AI prompt engineering (Gemini, OpenAI, or similar APIs)
* CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or similar)
* API integration with third-party platforms
Requirements
* 5–6 years of experience in project management with full-stack (Node.js/Next.js) exposure.
* Proven ability to manage technical teams and ship high-quality digital products.
* Strong grasp of backend infrastructure, frontend workflows, and cloud hosting.
* Experience in AI integrations or managing prompt-based systems.
* Familiar with agile tools (Jira, Trello, Notion) and remote collaboration practices.
* Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
Preferred
* Exposure to AI-first products or LLM tools.
* Working knowledge of performance optimization, security, and testing.
* Ability to translate complex technical workflows into actionable team goals.
