Job Summary
We are a leading interior design and fit-out company in Dubai seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing high-end interior fit-out projects, excellent leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the full project lifecycle from client briefing to project handover.
· Manage timelines, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
· Lead site execution, ensuring quality standards and health/safety compliance.
· Coordinate with designers, consultants, engineers, and suppliers.
· Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders.
· Resolve site issues quickly to ensure smooth execution.
· Report on progress, risks, and resource planning to senior management.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, hospitality).
· Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and project documentation.
· UAE Driving License is mandatory.
· Excellent knowledge of fit-out materials, construction techniques, and MEP coordination.
· Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.
· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Education & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
· PMP certification is a plus.
