Edges Integrated Technical Services is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Executive with a strong background in the Interior Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of UAE-based project sales experience, with proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and turnkey project sector
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and work closely with design and operations teams to provide customized solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms effectively
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and manage follow-ups efficiently
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM/sales reports and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out market
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong network of industry contacts and solid market knowledge in the UAE
- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a team-player mindset
- Capable of handling multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is an advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates on own visa; however, company visa and accommodation can be provided if needed
