Edges Integrated Technical Services is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in the Interior Fit-Out industry and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a proven ability to secure and close project-based deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new project sales opportunities within the interior fit-out sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with precision and professionalism.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and follow up to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular project status reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE-based sales experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Well-connected within the industry, with a solid understanding of the UAE market.
- Highly self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
- Candidates on own visa are preferred, though visa and accommodation can be provided if needed.
