Job Summary
The Project Sales Manager will spearhead sales initiatives focused on the HORECA sector. This strategic role involves not only driving revenue and expanding the customer base but also ensuring long-term client partnerships and team performance. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the UAE HORECA landscape, coupled with a hands-on approach to project-based sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Planning
· Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
· Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA segment and create tailored market entry strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management
· Build and sustain long-term partnerships with decision-makers in key HORECA establishments.
· Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen engagement.
3. Project-Based Sales Execution
· Oversee project-specific sales from lead generation to final delivery.
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, finance) to ensure timely and accurate execution of client projects.
4. Team Leadership
· Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
· Set performance KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
5. Market and Competitor Analysis
· Conduct comprehensive analysis of market conditions, trends, and competitor offerings.
· Provide actionable recommendations for sales strategy refinement.
6. Forecasting & Reporting
· Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
· Analyse sales pipeline and performance metrics to inform leadership decisions.
7. Negotiation & Contract Management
· Lead negotiations with major clients and stakeholders.
· Draft, review, and finalize contracts ensuring compliance and favourable terms.
8. Budget Oversight
· Manage departmental sales budgets effectively.
· Monitor costs, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.
9. Customer Experience Management
· Oversee post-sales service and support, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
· Address escalations and implement solutions to improve service delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
o Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector
· Expertise in:
o Strategic sales planning and project-based selling
o Key account management in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) segment
o Contract negotiation and commercial deal structuring
o Sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics
o CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and pipeline management
o UAE/GCC market knowledge, including HORECA trends and customer behaviour
· Soft Skills:
o Leadership presence with the ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
o Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
o Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Working Conditions
- Location: Office-based in Dubai, with frequent local travel to client sites.
- Travel: Occasional travel across the UAE and GCC region as per project requirements.
