About the Role:
Join a fast-growing real estate team and represent some of the most sought-after off-plan projects in Dubai. We’re seeking ambitious, motivated, and experienced agents who understand the Dubai real estate market and are passionate about selling premium developments from top-tier developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities
- Generate leads through client networking, property portals, and digital campaigns
- Conduct site visits and project presentations with potential buyers and investors
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing professional guidance and market insights
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory
- Solid understanding of off-plan sales, developer offerings, and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality
- Must be currently based in Dubai with strong local market awareness
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus
