Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while providing expert guidance and excellent customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential, commercial, or investment properties.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to help clients make informed real estate decisions.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and lease papers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and property portals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations in the real estate sector.
- Maintain and update client databases with detailed information and ongoing communications.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and other real estate professionals as needed.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Consultant (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
- Proficiency in CRM software and property listing platforms
