Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will specialise in selling off-plan properties from top developers in Dubai, advising clients on investments, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from major developers (Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, etc.)
- Generate leads through cold calling, online portals, walk-ins, and networking
- Conduct client meetings, understand investment goals, and offer suitable project options
- Provide clients with accurate property information including payment plans, ROI, location benefits, and project timelines
- Coordinate with developers for inventory updates, client presentations, and booking procedures
- Negotiate and close deals professionally, handling all documentation and legal formalities
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and regulatory updates in the Dubai real estate sector
- Maintain CRM with updated client records and follow-up activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in real estate, preferably off-plan
- Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan market and developer projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus)
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
- RERA certification is a plus
