We are expanding our team and looking for experienced, motivated Property Consultants with a proven track record in off-plan sales to join our dynamic and growing organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop new business opportunities in the off-plan sector
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and developers
- Advise clients on investment opportunities in off-plan projects
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends and new launches
- Conduct property viewings and attend project site visits
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Deep understanding of the Dubai property landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
