Job Summary:
As an Off-Plan Sales Agent at Stability Properties LLC, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting off-plan properties, and closing sales by assisting clients throughout the buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and manage leads interested in off-plan properties
- Present and explain details of off-plan projects, payment plans, and developer offers
- Conduct virtual and in-person property presentations
- Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently
- Keep updated on the latest market trends, project updates, and developer incentives
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to meet sales targets
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties (freshers with passion and drive also welcome)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and off-plan process is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills, such as Arabic are advantageous
