We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Property Consultants to join our growing team. As a Property Consultant, you will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and ensuring a smooth transaction from initial consultation to closing. This is a COMMISSION ONLY. Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent, broker, or consultant in Dubai (UAE)
- At least 6 months to 1 year experienced in Dubai real estate market. NO FRESHERS AT THE MOMENT.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, practices, and financing options.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- MUST BE RESIDING ALREADY IN THE UAE.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
- Experience in a specific real estate niche (luxury, commercial, rentals, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
