Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and professional Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties, while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the local property market and has strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and present property features and benefits.
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable listings.
- Generate leads through online portals, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation (MoUs, tenancy contracts, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent (1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate procedures and laws.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Real estate license or RERA certification (preferred).
