Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the purchase, sale, or rental of real estate properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the negotiation and closing processes.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.
- Prepare necessary documentation such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and contracts.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
