We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to support our Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our Dubai Holiday Homes portfolio. This role is key to ensuring properties are listed, updated, and managed efficiently across all booking channels while remaining fully compliant with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- List and maintain property listings across multiple OTAs and portals, including Airbnb, Property Finder, Booking.com, and others, ensuring all information, pricing, and availability are accurate and synced with the CRM and channel manager.
- Manage the onboarding of new units by issuing DTCM permits, preparing owner contracts, and coordinating property inspections.
- Maintain compliance with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) regulations, including permit renewals and accurate reporting.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure inventory levels are maintained, restock schedules are followed, and inspection reports are completed.
- Handle client communications regarding new bookings, renewals, cancellations, and customer complaints.
- Upload confirmed bookings into the system, prepare invoices, and send welcome emails to guests prior to check-in.
- Process tourism tax payments and supplier invoices in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure listing photos, descriptions, and amenities are always up to date.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Dubai holiday home or short-term rental industry.
- Proven experience with OTAs and channel managers, such as RMS, Booking.com, Airbnb, and others.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the DTCM portal for permits, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, availability management, and seasonal rate adjustments.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest and owner relations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, property listing platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and resolve issues quickly.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
